All Vehicles Sold "As-Is"
All vehicles listed on LotLess are sold AS-IS with no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
LotLess makes no representations or guarantees regarding the condition, mechanical fitness, reliability, safety, or quality of any vehicle listed on this platform. Vehicle descriptions, condition disclosures, and photos are provided by sellers and are not independently verified by LotLess.
There are no guarantees about vehicle condition, history, or future performance.
LotLess Is a Consignment Platform Only
LotLess acts solely as a consignment and listing platform that facilitates the connection between vehicle sellers and potential buyers. We are not a dealer, broker, or vehicle retailer.
LotLess is not responsible for:
- The condition, mechanical reliability, or quality of any listed vehicle
- The accuracy or completeness of any information provided by the seller
- Any defects, whether known or unknown, disclosed or undisclosed
- Any loss, damage, or injury arising from the purchase or use of any vehicle
- The outcome of any transaction between buyer and seller
Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers assume all responsibility to inspect, test drive, and verify the vehicle before purchase. This includes but is not limited to:
- Physical inspection of the vehicle's exterior, interior, and mechanical components
- Independent mechanical inspection by a qualified third-party mechanic
- Vehicle history report verification (e.g., Carfax, AutoCheck)
- Title verification to confirm clean title status, no liens, and no salvage/rebuilt history
- Test drive to assess performance, handling, and any potential issues
- VIN verification to confirm the vehicle identity matches all documentation
By purchasing a vehicle through LotLess, the buyer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for the vehicle's condition. Once a sale is completed, the transaction is final and non-refundable through LotLess.
Seller Responsibilities
Sellers listing vehicles on LotLess agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information about the vehicle, including all known defects and issues
- Complete the condition disclosure checklist honestly and thoroughly
- Acknowledge that the vehicle is sold AS-IS and that LotLess bears no liability for the vehicle
- Have legal authority and clear title to sell the vehicle
- Disclose any outstanding liens, accident history, or title issues
Misrepresentation of a vehicle's condition may result in removal of the listing and potential legal liability to the buyer.
Commission & Fees
LotLess charges a 10% commission on the final sale price of each vehicle. This commission is deducted from the sale proceeds before payment to the seller.
- Listing a vehicle is free - no upfront fees
- Commission is only charged when the vehicle sells
- No hidden fees or additional charges
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LotLess and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- The purchase, sale, or use of any vehicle listed on the platform
- Any defects, mechanical failures, or safety issues with any listed vehicle
- Any disputes between buyers and sellers
- Any inaccuracies in listing information, photos, or descriptions
- Any reliance on condition disclosures or vehicle representations
